Field Court
The Affordable Housing Conservancy, in partnership with Fulcra and the Sisters of Charity HDC, has been selected to redevelop the city-owned site at 25 Field Court in Kingston, NY.
The Parkline will be a vibrant, mixed-use development with approximately 100 affordable rental units, and ground floor retail and community-serving space that connects directly to the Midtown Linear Park and broader neighborhood. This project reflects our commitment to design-forward, community-oriented, and sustainable development.
